1. Fong did my pedicure and Rose did my manicure. They were busy but the service I received was desired. I appreciate their attention to detail and making sure I was satisfied. They got me in and out within 1 hour. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks.
2. Ok so I’m a guy and I just completed/received a pedicure!! It was amazing and sooo relaxing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was given a chair immediately. I selected the Ocean Fresh package that included a calf muscle rub and HOT
3. I went in as a walk-in I had a pedicure and a manicure it was a lovely experience both of the people that worked on me did an amazing job I totally recommend it excellent Corona prevention in place clean very friendly
4. I got my nails done yesterday 3 April 2022 when I left my nails were perfect they looked really nice but by the time I woke up this morning my nails had air bubbles in them as if they didn’t sit long enough to dry mind you these are gel
5. I went and got my nails done today, and when he was doing them he sliced my finger open with the tool he was using I’ll never go back!

6. Customer service was great, nails were okay … Shellac had bubbles because they got busy at the end so he was rushing.

Excellent customer service. Poor work. Nail Polish thick and uneven. Left acrylic under the nails that I could not scrub out with the nail brush. They usually put oil on it so you don’t notice until your home 🤣🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️but they were so rushed they did none of the usual.

8. Had horrible customer service at chair 6 she was rude and rough and had drilled my finger causing me to bleed there was acrylic under my nails left there after I had pointed it out aswell

9. Probably the best nail salon I’ve been to in this section of Portage, and waaaaaay better than the salon downstairs in the mall. The guy that sits closest to the door (Andy, I believe, but could be wrong) is absolutely amazing.
