1. I told her I liked how thick my eyebrows were and just wanted them cleaned up. She confirmed what I wanted and instead of doing what I asked she made my brows far apart and super thin! Like 2000 era thin!! They are also now crooked and uneven. Waiting 30 min to get my brows butchered!!
2. 3 of the nails came off in 2 days of being done, 1 nail was crooked. Found out later the fuy who did them gas gad same results before us. Not worth 2 visits to get 1 set of nails!
3. Slow day at the salon, sign says walk ups welcome. No one waiting, 2 employees sitting down and was greeted by a man saying no we cannot do that right now. 3 hour wait! I will be taking my business elsewhere after this place was recommended by my sister. Yikes!
4. The nail tech doing my pedicure sure did not know how to cut nails. I told her I suffer from ingrown toenails in my big toe, just excess skin. She cut my toe nail in a slant to cause an even worse problem, an infection by the base of my nail. Save yourself the pain and doctor visit and go somewhere else.
5. First time here. They took us without an appointment, though I suspect when COVID is over it might be harder to get in. Everything is clean and the ladies who were there were friendly. I did dip polish for the first time and I love the way it turned out!!
