1. Love it fantastic professional staff. They listen to what the customer wants. Great after care. With lots of follow up advice. In person or on the phone. Nothing is to much for the team.
2. My daughter had her hair cut here, the lady was nice and kept asking if she was happy with it. However when waiting to go in the porch was covered in spiders and inside it was quite dirty. With COVID-19 I assumed all places that were open would have increased in cleanliness but was left wondering here. Unfortunately due to cleanliness we won’t be returning. We were also quoted £20 for a wash, vut and blow dry then when paying it had changed to £25 even though my daughter had no added cost.
3.  I am new to the town and I was looking for the salon where I will be spending my money on beauty related services. Firstly I had my hair done amazingly, I was super happy and wanted to use the salon for the rest of the procedures on monthly basis such as facial, manicure, pedicure and so on. I booked my facial but due to insomnia I accidently fell asleep 1 hour before the appointment and couldnt come. So I booked again the same day, 1 hour later. I came to the salon and apologized myself (as I am not really used to not showing up on appointments) and was ready to give the lady a tip for not showing up. Instead (due to the fact that I said I apologize) the owner rushed to me and quite rudly and pushy way he told me to pay my previous session as well. I must say it was a huge disappointment, I was going to spend quite a lot of money in the future in the salon but the attitude of the owner left me speechless. I am sorry to write such a review because the ladies doing my hair and facial were both very sweet and I loved their work but the whole image of the salon was ruined by the owner himself. Due to that I chose another salon for any further procedures.
4. Myself and mum had our hair cut and coloured and couldn’t recommend enough. My mum had a total transformation from almost shoulder length dark hair to short, stripped, lighter hair with her natural colours coming thru, my mum is absolutely over the moon with her hair. Definitely nowhere else we will be going. Jake and kirsty are magic
5. First time going today… Really pleased with my hair! 😁 Even went in with wet hair, Ellie did an amazing job with the cut, Jake did awesome with my fringe. Will be recommending to friends and family. Defo going back next time, gave brilliant advice on how to obtain fringe, trims etc Thanks! See you in a few weeks
