1. I love the Lady who does my Pedicures. Her name is Linh. But I make an appt with her every time and every time I wait close to an hour before she gets to me. If you book an appt with a specific person they should not be taking Walk-Ins when it’s time or close to time for a scheduled appt! Very frustrating!!
2. Although I can get a decent manicure and/or pedicure here, it is totally worthless to make an appointment. I don’t know why they EVEN take appointments. I usually wait 30+ my minutes. And their customer service is very lackluster.
3. I’ve always been really happy with the quality of my dip nails here. I’ve tried several places and Bellagio definitely last the longest. Wait times can run long; they stay busy.
4. I always make an appointment with Lori and I never regret it. As a local I have been to many salons and she does a great job. My nails last a long time and the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing.
5. Good to see more customers in the salon. Practicing safe distancing, masks, and disinfecting surfaces. Got started at appt. time. Didn’t have to wait. Still has great
