1: Price gouging. Every time I go in for the same service the price is always higher. I always pay cash for my services so I’m assuming this is why they think they can get away with that. Their verbal prices never match their menus. Their quality of work is OK but doesn’t justify the games they play with their pricing.
2: I loved everything about my experience here!! Lynn, did my pedicure and the process was relaxing and stress-free. My sister who commutes from Stockton just to visit Sophie (nail artist) recommended this location and the technicians here. I will definitely be back!!!
3: I love all of the ladies at Bella Nail Salon!! Their services are impeccable and their professionalism is unmatched!! My bi-weekly guilty pleasure!!
4: I had a gel manicure less than a week ago. They didn’t even go back to my cuticle with the polish (making it look like growth), and it’s already chipped and peeling off. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I was only in town visiting. I wish I could get my $$ back, because it wasn’t cheap.
5: First time, and I was impressed how clean everything is and friendly staff. Most importantly Alisha did give me a great pedicure, foot massage and painted them perfectly. I will definitely go back.
